VISIT BRISTOL

In the twelve years I’ve lived in Bristol I’ve shot four ads, a short film and parts of feature film in the city. So I was delighted to write and direct this film for Visit West, aimed at promoting tourism in the city using clips from iconic TV shows made in Bristol.

I was given a selection of clips from SKINS, THE OFFENDERS and RIVALS among others and challenged to weave them into a film following three tourist couples exploring the city. The couples had to interacting with the action in the clips as if were unfolding right before their eyes. Then I had to shoot everything I’d written for six actors across eight locations in a single day.
