NEIGH CAN DO

Sadly, I’m not allowed to show you any of the confidential work I did during my eight month FTC for the black horse. As part of their Sensitive Communications team, I collaborated with stakeholders from business units across the Group, re-writing suites of letters to make them clearer, more empathetic and fully customer centric. The comms covered an array of delicate situations from bereavements to suspected fraud. But what I can share is this testimonial from my line manager, Caroline:

It's been a pleasure to have Ben in my team for the last 6 months. He's a rock solid copywriter with tonnes of experience. He writes at pace and to a very high standard. Unassuming, calm and level headed, he gets the job done and done well. Because the role is laser focussed on copy, I get the feeling we've only seen a slither of the true breadth of Ben's skills and capabilities, in his time with us during his fixed term contract. We'll be very sad to see him leave when the programme of work comes to an end in December.
